Allison Hazlett
ALLISON HAZLETT is an accomplished packaging engineer and project leader with over 15 years experience across an array of Prestige Color Cosmetics, Personal Skincare, Fine Fragrance, and Haircare.
She has held executive positions at both Tarte and Stila with a proven track record of leading both brands to exponential global company growth during her tenure.
Allison has developed for industry leading brands such as Estee Lauder, and MAC and most recently executed the Pat McGrath Sephora-exclusive launch.
She has successfully managed working relationships with top quality component suppliers and third-party product manufacturers from all over the world. Her diverse skill set and unique product knowledge enables her to be creative while delivering top quality products with cost to produce and speed to market as a driving focus.

Allison has a Bachelor of Science in Packaging from Michigan State University.
